Web Graphic Designer

- Lead design for large domain portfolio including UI design, landing page design/testing and number of other areas
- Design and code front end for landing pages and back-end for client admin panel
- Work closely with engineers to build out websites, create UIs and assist in the creative process

- Innovate around testing new designs and being a part of the analytics/design process

Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and high energy Account Manager. We are a startup, so you will do a bit of everything. You will work closely with the founders to manage and develop our client relationships. Account executive will be responsible for all day-to-day communication and coordination with our advertising clients. You will manage the entire relationship ensuring clients are meeting their goals, coordinating between our development and media buying teams and clients. You will also help acquire and develop new clients and expand current clients overall relationships.

Search Engine Marketing Ninja (Specialist)

We are looking for a quantitative, passionate and talented Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team of media buyers. This person should have a perfected SEM toolkit and be ready to step up into a growth role as a media buyer and leader. You should be prepared to build and manage campaigns but hopefully be looking to grow into a leadership role in our startup. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a quantitative, data-driven SEM role. This is a startup so you will be managing and juggling a number of initiatives and media buying. The ideal candidate should be highly advanced and experienced with Excel, data analysis, keyword research and new idea generation. The role will be tactical and involve building campaigns, optimizing keywords and detailed analysis and reporting. There will also be strategic elements including hiring decisions, managing and allocating spend effectively and optimization suggestions.

Responsibilities
+ Take ownership over current campaigns and build out additional campaigns
+ Work across Search/PPC Networks and potentially, Facebook

“Do-All” Accountant/Controller JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a critical position which will report directly to the founders with significant room to build and grow the finance organization for a fast-growing technology advertising company. Career growth will be a must as the right person for this position will be able AND willing to do everything from the mundane (e.g., maintain our ledger) to the strategic/complex (e.g., analyze margins and build strategy plans.) Someone who is analytical, data-driven and numbers focused.

Responsibilities
+ Take full ownership over general ledger and manage day to day accounting operations of the business
+ Manage month-end close process and preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
+ Work closely with founders to report numbers, run strategic analyses and lead planning process
+ Manage client invoicing, vendor invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll and other related accounting needs
